Yes. After a discovery call we send a written proposal with a fixed price for the agreed scope. That's what you pay — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. If you later want to add something outside the original scope, we quote it separately and transparently before doing it.
The listed price covers the build described in each tier. Most standard small-business projects fit cleanly within a tier. Larger sites, complex integrations, or custom e-commerce are scoped individually — we'll always tell you upfront if your project needs more than the base tier.
Payment terms are set in your written proposal, typically split across project milestones. Specifics are confirmed before any work begins, so you always know what's due and when.
We build on Squarespace, which includes hosting and SSL as part of its own subscription (billed by Squarespace, in your name, so you own it). We'll help you get set up and can guide domain purchase and connection during the project.
No. Support plans are entirely optional. Many clients manage their own site after our included training. The plan exists for owners who'd rather hand off updates, maintenance, and reporting — starting at $75/month, cancel anytime.
